Package Your Items
Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping box and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
